This is a repository for me to post stat blocks relating to the setting known as RWBY. Before I really start doing that, I would like to explain how Dust is going to work in these scenarios. First thing one needs to know for this, is that my stat blocks are usually going to be built using the game system known as Mutants and Masterminds, detailed (though certainly not comprehensive) rules for which can be found at the following website: http://www.d20herosrd.com

There are three primary forms that Dust can take, they are Dust Bullets, Dust Powder and Dust Crystals. In its bullet form, Dust will be handled by way of the Variable Descriptor modifier. In its powdered form it will primarily be used to add the alternate effect modifier to the character's Semblance, although particularly proficient Dust Users have shown the ability to use the powdered form to replicate some of the effects more commonly associated with Maidens (for instance that storm cloud that Glynda Goodwitch summoned in the very first proper episode of RWBY). Meanwhile in the crystaline form it will be used to add an assortment of modifiers to the character's weapon, as follows:


  • Wind/Air: Adds the Cylinder Area modifier to attacks made using the associated weapon
  • Fire/Burn: Adds the Secondary Effect modifier to attacks made using the associated weapon
  • Water, Ice, Earth & Hard Light: Adds the Shapeable Area modifier to attacks made using the associated weapon
  • Lightning: Adds the Line Area modifier to attacks made using the associated weapon
  • Steam & Gravity: Adds the Cone Area modifier to attacks made using the associated weapon
  • Bright Orange: Adds the Burst Area modifier to attacks made using the associated weapon

Dea’s Loophole
Premise: There are many worlds and universes, and in all of them the one constant is Death. And Death is not amused by the fact that the brother gods of Remnant have robbed her of so many souls; and while she obeys the rules by which such beings are bound, it doesn’t mean she can’t exploit a loophole when it presents itself.


  • Required Inclusions:

    • Death must be upset by the fact that the brother gods of Remnant won’t allow Salem to die, and are keeping Ozma and all the souls he is reincarnated within from her as well.
    • Death must be bound by rules that prevent her from taking action, except for in certain circumstances.
    • Violet Potter falling through the veil at the end of her fifth year at Hogwarts or by uniting the Deathly Hallows before Voldemort kills her in the Forbidden Forest must allow Death a loophole.
    • Death must be forbidden from direct action and instead sends Violet to Remnant in order to rectify the situation in her stead.
    • Recognizing that Violet will need a guide, as well as that she must be allowed some freedom due to the unique situation, Death must send Violet to Remnant in the company of the recently deceased Pyrrha Nikos.
    • Death’s resurrection of Pyrrha must be a one time thing. Meaning that no one else who dies can be brought back by Death, though other methods may exist.
    • Violet and Pyrrha must be sent to Remnant after the fall of Beacon so that there aren’t any continuity snarls by having two versions of Pyrrha running around at the same time.
    • Violet and Pyrrha must travel alone for a few weeks before joining up with the main cast.
    • The soonest that they can in fact meet up with the rest of the main cast is the Battle of Haven.


  • Preferred Inclusions:

    • Violet and Pyrrha forming a romantic connection with Jaune Arc.
    • Violet and Pyrrha meet Team RWBY, Qrow, Oscar(Ozpin) and Maria in the wilderness after they crash part of the Argus Limited and before they reach Brunswick Farms.


  • Forbidden Things:

    • Death explicitly stating what she wants Violet and Pyrrha to accomplish.

Complications
- Curse Sworn: Violet managed to succeed in earning the loyalty of all three Deathly Hallows mere moments before one of those relics was used to kill her. As such she has essentially become Death's handmaiden rather than her Master and is tasked with fulfilling certain missions for the Cosmic Entity, but she will rarely (if ever) be given the full details of what it is Death wants her to do.
- Honor: Violet follows a strict code of honor when it comes to fights, and even when not fighting. She obeys the rules of fair play and hospitality, and may even pick up other odd and restrictive rules to add to her code of honor as she gets older.
- Motivation: Doing Good: Violet will often go out of her way in order to save the life of some hapless damsel in distress. This also often leads her and those who she calls her friends, into rather harrowing situations.
- Power Loss: Both of Violet's Aura related powers reduce in rank due to the Fades flaw at the same rate, meaning that when her shield is struck with an attack that causes it to lower in rank, her ability to heal from injury is reduced at an equal value. When both run out of ranks she must wait an hour before using them again, however there is no other requirement imposed upon her to prevent her from reactivating her Aura. If she had other Aura-based powers, they would shut off for the same duration of time at the same moment when her Shield's Fades flaw caused it to reach a rank of 0. As is the case with a Maiden, her magic is not linked to her Aura.
- Temper: Violet is a tempestuous young lady, who will often act without considering the consequences, even when she is being advised of those consequences by those who might have some idea what they are talking about.

Complications
- Fame: In a lot of ways, Pyrrha is the Violet Potter of Remnant. She had fame she really did not desire and until she met Jaune Arc had no friends that would look past her fame and treat her as a normal person. Despite what happened in the Vytal Festival, this still holds true and because it is what allows Violet and herself to survive, Pyrrha has decided to ignore it.
- Honor: Pyrrha follows a strict code of honor when it comes to fights, and even when not fighting. She obeys the rules of fair play and hospitality, and may even pick up other odd and restrictive rules to add to her code of honor as she gets older.
- Motivation: Justice: Pyrrha's goal in her renewed life is to defeat Cinder Fall and take the Fall Maiden's powers as her own, which is something that Death assured her would happen if she successfully defeated Cinder.
- Power Loss: The Fades quality on all of Pyrrha's Aura-related powers are effectively linked to each other, and when any single one of them runs out they all shut off for an hour. There are no special requirements for reactivating her Aura after that hour has expired, however when her Aura shuts off, so does her Semblance.
- Relationship: Pyrrha was chosen by Death to act as Violet's guide while she travels through Remnant in an effort to correct the damage that the Brother Gods have caused to the tapestry of life.
